The Saaten-Union group (hereafter "Saaten-Union") is proposing an application called "Hybri'density". It is designed to support user farmers, or forthcoming users (hereafter "Users"), of hybrid wheat seed in the various sowing stages, for ordering seed counts of hybrid wheat and for checking stand establishment upon emergence.
The General Conditions of Use (GCU) are available to Users of the Hybri'density application; they may be consulted directly on the home page (main menu) and in the settings page of the User's country when the User first uses the application. The applicable GCU are those in force in the Hybri'density application. For the User, simply using the Hybri'density application implies acceptance of all conditions described below.
Only the data saved by the User (saved in the application or by e-mail) are saved at the same time by Saaten-Union. The User agrees to Saaten-Union collecting and using technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical data on the plots, varieties of hybrid wheat, regions, seeds and growing schemes chosen by the User, through the application. The User also agrees to the e-mail address used to save calculation results being collected by Saaten-Union.
Saaten-Union can use this information for statistical purposes to improve its products or services. The e-mail address used to save data can also be used by Saaten-Union to provide information to or communicate with Users.
The information collected is confidential and will be treated as such. Saaten-Union undertakes to use a secure server in order to prevent any fraudulent use of User data. Saaten-Union undertakes not to communicate this information to third parties. In accordance with law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties amended by the new 'Informatique et Libertés' law of 6 August 2004 (French Data Protection Act), you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you.
